Katy is a member of Skanska's executive management team, leading building operations in the UK. This includes everything from construction to mechanical and electrical engineering and specialist building finishes, plus network solutions and facilities management.
An advocate for women in construction, she is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was elected chair of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) for eight years. She was Women in the City's Woman of Achievement in 2013 and named Leader of the Year by the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) in 2016.
At Construction Productivity Conference, Katy will be presenting alongside members of the Construction Productivity Taskforce, providing an overview of the 'Good Practice Guide on Measuring Productivity.
